- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have minimum standard prices for items such as boutonnières & corsages, as well as most funeral work such as easels & staterooms....
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know my client, finding out exactly what they envision for their special event. After initial contact, I set up a face to face appointment with them to discuss their wants & needs. Depending on the date of the event & the amount of time between our first consult & the actual event, I like to continue to meet with them, making sure that we are on the same page & their plans are coming to fruition.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in the floral/event industry for the last 5 years. I started as a floral designer in 2010 & became lead designer in 2014 at College Flowers. I am innovative & creative in all my floral endeavors having been an artist & a crafter for years. I have many clients that I have worked with throughout the years.
