Tyson is absolutely fantastic. He works you out hard but still makes it fun. He modified exercises for my knee issues. He also listened to me and what I wanted to achieve. He gave me insight on how to work out and what equipment I can use as a travel nurse to continue to exercise where ever I may be. He is very patient, very knowledgeable, motivating and spend time teaching to correct way to do the exercises. I actually enjoy exercising now and plan to continue doing so for life. Thanks to Tyson!

Tyson was a Godsend for me and my wife. From the first meeting throughout our time training Tyson was truly a professional who loves what he does and was always willing to listen and modify exercises to help us. Even when we went on our trip he would email us workouts to do with the equipment we had available.
