- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a variety of customized cleaning plans designed to fit your budget, schedule, and frequency. We do everything we can to make our services as affordable as possible, and we don’t require a contract.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will provide you with either a free in-home or contact-free estimate, and then tailor the pricing based on your individual needs. We want to ensure customer satisfaction, so we offer a warranty. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any area your Molly Maid team has cleaned, please let us know within 24 hours and we will re-clean the area without any additional charge.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each of our home cleaning service professionals are insured. They also undergo training to ensure they are fully prepared to deliver on a top-notch cleaning experience every time.
