I had my laptop sitting in the floor by my chair and my grandson stepped on it and broke the screen. I called Hub City Tek and he ordered the part I needed then came out and put it together - right in my living room! Now I can get back to Candy Crush!

I am a senior citizen and unfortunely can most of the time keep up with the modern technology. However, I got stumped and decided to try a new company here n Lubbock. The tech was polite, well mannered and extremely knowledge about y problems. This is a five star business with prices to match. If you need help this is the place to call, help will be on the way. I would like to see this company become Lubbocks #1 technology service center. There is not enough words to praise this company and its service. I'm just grateful that they are here. What types of customers have you worked with?
My most common request is "My PC is running slow and or has lots of popups". Therefore my most common job consists of cleaning up PC's and making them run like new. But I don't only just remove all the junk I also go one step farther and ensure you are protected from future threats as well.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for someone certified and who is legit. Dont just pick someone at random, do some research and see if they have good reviews on some of the local business sites. Another good way to tell if they are legit is by visiting their website. If it looks professional and its just a single domain name such as hubcitytek.com instead of hubcitytek.something.com and if it ends in .com, .net, .org.
