  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I’m always in it for the best interest of my clients. Everything is always negotiable and fair.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    My typical onboarding process is to have a phone call/ FaceTime conversation regarding your tax situation. Once we both agree on terms I proceed with emailing you and having you fax, or email all your documents ( W2, ID, 1099 etc.). Everything is done pretty much remotely. After I receive your documents I immediately get to work and complete your tax return within 24-72 hours depending on the complexity. Once I’ve completed your return, I send a copy to you for overview before I transmit to the IRS. If all looks good I accept payment and directly send your completed tax return to IRS.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have a Associate of Science Degree in Accounting from San Diego City College. I’m a Registered Tax Preparer with The California Tax Education Council. I’ve completed the required amount of continuing education classes to be able to renew with them every year. I am also a ERO, Electronic Return Originator with the Internal Revenue Service.
