John came to our house versus us traveling to his business. There was no charge for quote and consultation. He is very thorough and also was able to diagnose other issues with my computer. I referred him to my mother and he has built her a computer which she is very happy with.

John has been our IT guy for about 3 years. He's in charge of our business computers and our home pc's and laptop. I like that he's easy to get a hold of and if there is a problem he handles it quickly. This is very important to us. He's also personable, professional and polite...all around easy to work with.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly learning about new cutting edge software and hardware. Curriculum can get out-dated rather quickly in this industry.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Recieved and MET in electronics but never got a job in the industry. Started as a hobby fixing for family and friends. Now I am fortunate enough to be self-employed with two trades. We must be versatile in today's economy!
