Sarah Williamsom came out to my residence to treat our German Roach infestation. A friend of mine recommended her and I am very glad she did. I have never in my life had this issue, or dealt with roaches, or German Roaches which are apparently the hardest kind to get rid of. Sarah did an awesome job and was very on top of the problem, she explained everything she was going to do before she did and the reasoning behind it. She also explained everything we would need to do on our end to help what she was doing continue to work. She was very detailed and did not want to miss anything. She spent the amount of time needed to make this happen which was not overly long, but long enough to do the best job and not miss anything. I was very impressed with the quality of her work, the time she took making sure she explained everything and her success in helping us get rid of the horrible German roaches. Every time she has come out after the initial big treatment, she has made sure to look for anything we have missed to help keep them gone. She has had success in getting rid of them, however we had such a bad infestation it has taken her several trips out to continue treatment. I believe we are almost there and I can't thank her enough. We live in a mobile home which is very conducive living quarters for these type of roaches unfortunately. Sarah has knocked them down and out. She most definitely went over and beyond to make sure she got rid of the things, and also with her explaining everything to us so good. I have nothing to add on how the experience could of been better, nothing went wrong and Sarah could of done nothing better to improve her service for the future as it was excellent and continues to be so every time she comes out. I would and will recommend her to anyone and everyone who needs service. I appreciate her and the hard work she gives and makes sure she gets the job done and assures you she will. I will not use anyone else and I am so grateful to her. Thanks so much Sarah for such a great job!

Wow... Where do I start! Sara is a very kind and caring person who is very dedicated at getting your problems with pest solved. I have used her many times and her prices are are GREAT! THE ONE THING I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IS IF AT ANYTIME I HAVE A PROBLEM ALL I HAVE TO DO IS GIVE HER CALL AND SHE WILL SCHEDULE TO COME RIGHT BACK OVER! WILL DEFINITELY REFER HER!

I am so happy we had Sew Pest Control come and attack our aggressive ant problem. We were trying everything! We were living in a town home so it was a constant struggle. Not only did she do an extremely professional job, she took the time to explain to us what she was doing and why and what we can do in future to prevent this issue. Unfortunately, we no longer live in the area-if I could afford it I would fly her up here. She is the best of the best! Would highly recommend to everyone!

Ms. Williams has set the bar to a whole new level regarding my experience with exterminators. No more spray and pray. Very knowledgable and educational. Patient with all of my questions and I love the tips. Helps to know how NOT to be my own problem inviting in the critters. Highly recommended. Call, you won't regret it.
