- What types of customers have you worked with?
If my customers need me to plan a detailed event from start to finish, I find vendors that are right for their budget and taste. I coordinate times and dates of their events and decorate their event the way they desire. I make sure everyone of the bridal party is comfortable and assist them with what they need help with on the big day. Rehearsing with the bridal party is a very important aspect of planning a wedding, I help everyone find their positions to help them feel comfortable and confident during the ceremony or reception. If their is a musician or a DJ, I hand out a timetable of the day for certain announcments to keep everyone on track and having fun! For Day-Of Coordination I coordinate/ decorate what needs to be done and keep everything smooth and on track. For Day-Of coordination, I provide rehearsal services the day before the wedding or day of. I am more than happy to suggest vendors during our free consultations for Day-Of events.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
The last wedding I was at, I helped another wedding coordinator with a 300+ Wedding. Organizing and decorating the event was a challenge but we did it and we felt amazing after seeing all the guests having fun!
