What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm not into complications, I usually just charge by the hour so that way my customers see what they are paying for come the end of the day and it's fair for both of us.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Only when I don't know and then I'm like a little kid in a toy store, want to know everything that is available.
