January 22, 2013 I am certified Facilitator with Prepare/Enrich December 13, 2013 I am a certified Family Connections instructor. This certification was completed through the Medical Institute of Sexual Health. I am a certified 7 Habits Facilitator for Highly Effective People with FranklinCovey. October 2010 I am a certified 7 Habits Facilitator for Highly Effective Teens with FranklinCovey October 2010 I love to see people succeed. For 20 years I was a Teacher, Athletic Director and Basketball Coach. Over the years I had few and few rules until I had no rules at all. That may sound crazy but a culture of success was nurtured and developed to the point the player knew what was expected and wanted the success the hard work produced. The last 11 years I coached our record was 173-46 and we won 8 end of the season championships and 4 league championships. I want every person and couple that I coach with to achieve whatever championship they are pursuing! GIven the right tools and knowing how to make the right decisions will help you achieve places in your relationship you never thought possible. Every person and couple is unique and different. I have no desire to change you but to help you change the best way for you. My focus is to get what you are looking for. I am certified with the Medical Institute of Sexual Health. I will tell you why we bond and why we don't. I can explain to a man from a Neuroscience point of view how important it is to make his wife the only one for him. Coach Beans has the innate ability to inspire personal and professional growth in his clients while at the same time giving them stability, accountability, and ownership of their journey and decisions. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $75 per session and at different times I have multiple session packages. I am happy to custom make a package to fit your needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
How to get started 1. A short 5-10 minute phone conversation with each of you individually. 2. Pay the agreed upon fee. 3. I will email each of you the assessment. I need both of your emails. I will also be sending you a PDF of the workbook. 4. A physical address so I can mail you each a workbook. 5. I will also email your first assignment to be done before we meet. (Nothing real difficult) 6. When you are both done with the assessment we can set up a time for our first session.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified Life Coach. I am certified to Teach the Prepare-Enrich assessment and I am certified with the Medical Institute of Sexual Health to teach parents how to talk with their children about sexuality. I am also a certified 7 Habits of Highly Effective People Facilitator. College education, I have a BS in Social Science and a BS in Physical Education. I also have a masters degree in Sports Coaching from the United States Sports Academy.
