- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Everything is negotiable depending on project. We offer discounts if friends are recommended and book with us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up an initial meeting (depending on the project) to hear the vision. Then once deadlines are established, we start the work. Once finished with drafts/final product, we send them to the client for review and suggestions. If anything is suggested, we complete the final product and send it over with a survey.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of our employees have a bachelors in Media, and our interns go through daily training.
