Jacob came out the same day (even after me calling at 3 PM) to identify and fix the pipe that froze. Katie the owner even came out and I found them both to be extremely knowledgeable, professional and their prices were very reasonable despite it being after hours. I will be calling them again for any of my plumbing needs.

I contacted Kings around 9pm and they arrived the next morning at 8:30am and fixed my clogged drain. Jake was very knowledgeable and I didn’t feel like they were trying to overcharge. He even got someone to come out and check under my sink for water damage since it was a leak. Very great company! I will definitely be using them for any future needs.

Kings Restoration responded immediately to my request for help, and in all subsequent communications. The owner arrived himself, and has nearly two decades of experience in this area of expertise. Their work is thorough, efficient, and clean. They are proud of their service, and now I see why. Each person was very friendly, and took the time to explain the details of the damage and what would be required to fix the damage.
My washing machine leaked from one floor to the lower floor’s ceiling. Kings swiftly arrived, made an assessment, described the assessment to me, created an estimate, and began work immediately when I made the decision.
They had to remove some sheet rock and carpet padding. They ensured that the job site was clean as they left—no debris, dust, trash.

Recently I had to deal with water damage to my home. I had never been through this before and was really worried about hiring the right company to do the job. I ended up hiring Kings Restoration who came in and assessed the damage, removed all damaged material and structures and dealt with my insurance. The owner, Alex, is extremely knowledgeable, loves what he does and most of all cares a lot for his customers. It amazed me how his whole crew just seemed to enjoy doing their work. This company was punctual, worked quickly, were very detailed, reasonably priced and took great care of my home. I am counting my blessings for having hired Kings Restoration.

A leaking water spigot caused water damage to both my living rooms! Alex, Gabriel and Oscar did a fantastic job helping me turn a nightmare of a situation into something salvageable. Alex was very detailed, knowledgeable, and thorough; explaining all the steps to the water damage restoration process and even took the time to walk me through the insurance claim filing to ensure I did not give the insurance company any loop hole to get out of covering the claim. These guys are honest, affordable, and do excellent work. I would highly recommend them to anyone unfortunate enough to experience water damage in their home.

We have Senior and military discounts available for jobs not covered by insurance. Any way we can help we will.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we see what caused the damage, and asses the damages from there. Then we ask the the customer if they would like to see if their insurance may be able to cover the loss and if so we help them find out if they are covered and help through the whole process if wanted. Always feel free to ask us questions or concerns through the entire process we are always here for you.
