Personal Training
Melanie is very patient and flexible working around my schedule (even driving 35 minutes to my house) She motivates me to push myself without actually being pushy and has positive energy. I especially like that she really takes the time to plan workouts that are very specifically tailored to my needs and weaknesses.

I needed to workout, but i didn't know where to start. It wasn't a 1 size fits all workout program. Geisha Fitness not only put me on a path with a personalized program, but she also kept up with me, checked on my progress, helped with meal planning. She truly cares about her clients, she's accommodating to all levels, as well as being and living healthy

FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? It may be high but it's worth it and in the end it's based on your level of commitment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I perform a free 1-hour detailed assessment where I get as much info as possible on the client, put together a program, and reassess every 6-8 weeks to make sure they're on track.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I continuously take advantage of open course ware on nutrition or kinesiology and follow a lot of personal trainers that have a physical therapy background on YouTube. I also research all topics I discuss on my YouTube channel for my weekly Fit Tip Clips.
