- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing includes a fixed $75.00 rate. As well as a $35.00 travel service fee. $75.00 per hour remote support. All past customers get 2 free remote support sessions at anytime including weekends. This is a $75.00 per hour service which I give to all past customers for free.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically listen to the customer. In my mind the customer is wanting a service that can be provided at an affordable cost. I do not speak with any computer jargon. I speak in a way the customer is able to understand. I am expedient and honest with my customers. I will do anything and everything to make the customer feel important as I am working on his or her machine.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors degree in Information security systems acquired at the University of Phoenix. I also have 15 plus years in the IT industry working on Linux based networks, Windows Operating Systems, Networking, and Mac computers. I also can perform backups in the event of disasters.
