Yeah, read the other 1-star reviews on this guy (Lawrence V Rodriguez). Things started off fine... the price was good, and he talked a big game about plumbing, but after a few days of work, he was telling us he was done, and we still had several leaking faucets, freestanding tub with the drain hose destroyed, tub faucet (floor mounted) was wobbling which he blamed on the tile, dishwasher was not hooked up, kitchen sink hot water wasn't hooked up, broken pedestal sink, and he had spilled a huge amount of water on the master bathroom floor, which had gone under the floor and was leaking down through the kitchen ceiling. On Sunday, we were moving things into the house, and each time we came in, he was screaming and cursing at our plumbing fixtures. He hits you up for money every day during the project, so we'd already paid 75% up to this point. When I told him we weren't paying any more until the job was complete, he got visibly irate and started haggling with me for $100 cash... not sure why he needed the money immediately. I gave him $50 and told him not to come back. He threatened me on the way out, saying "You're done"... whatever that means... so now our local police have his name, picture, and vehicle description (maroon van with paper plates and loud pipes). We will now have to bring someone else in to finish the work and also inspect everything this guy did. Seriously... do yourself a favor... hire someone else.Aug 6, 2018Verified

This person is a con artist. He took my money and ruined my house.Did plumbing and his plumed fittings came apart and flooded my home in the middle of the night. I had to hire someone to fix his screw up. Also he tried to remodel my bathroom shower and completely destroyed the whole project.Don,t let him in your house he is not licensed and has no insurance. He will lie to you and tell you he has all this knowledge. He wants money up front then three days later he will give a cry story that he needs more money from you.Do not hire this man run away he will scam you too.Jul 7, 2018Verified
I was very impressed with the work Lawrence did for me in my house I just bought. He was flexible with my work schedule and to put and get the job done. He explained all the issues that I was having with the plumbing and showed me the means in which he would fix them. I was very happy with his work and will definitely use him again for future jobs.Dec 18, 2017Verified
Great response time. Mr Rodriguez came in looked at my problem figured it out quickly gave me quote and proceeded to fix problem. Also did some extra plumbing issues in a quick timely manner. He and his wife were very friendly and easy to talk to. We will definitely use LVR again and will recommend to friends.Dec 17, 2017VerifiedMichael R.'s reply

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? My 1at and utmost process is client tradesman relations. I been fortunate that whether we were appreciated or not I'm learning so much so when we launch we will not fail. Thank you all.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Every year in February I take a continuing education course for my license. It keeps me up to date and now also green conscience. I get to see what poor work is being done out there. My instructors are licensed plumbing inspectors and they take pictures of some unique but illegal work being done out there. It also keeps me aware of the do's and dont's. In this trade of plumbing it is important that the resposible plumber does the job correctly especially for gas and venting of carbon monoxide, 1 wrong mistake can be dangerous for the client or even fatal this is why permits must be pulled and work inspected by a qualified state inspector.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I guess it's in my blood since I was child I was always flabbergasted when we'd drive by a contruction site I would say to myself one day I'm doing that and well numerous amounts of blood, sweat, and tears later here I am LVR Systems.
