I fell into the Telcom industry starting at Nortel and working my way from an Admin. to eventually Tech Support and then Sales. I have always enjoyed doing research and figuring out how things work. And because I wanted to be a Nurse since the age of 6, I finally went back to school and fulfilled my dream ........
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Working as a Paralegal, I researched a diabetic clients claim of neglect in a hospital which allowed him to fall out of his hospital bed twice, within 2 hours of each fall, that resulted in a broken hip and a 6 inch laceration on his scalp. Too much insulin, low blood sugar and to many narcs and anti anxiety meds were given 12 hours before the falls .........
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I was raised by European parents who instilled good work ethics, respect, and that you should mean what you say and say what you mean.
