I never looked forward to working out until coming to bootcamp ! I love that Everyday is a different exercise so their is no way you will ever get bored! Also, the trainer Joshua is very motivating and friendly and is very willing to help you achieve you're fitness goals .
Frez incorporates many different exercises into his training routines. He has my own personal goal in mind each session and uses many different tools to achieve this. He is encouraging and supportive but pushes me to achieve more each time. I've had many trainers before but Frez is by far the best!
Ben is a great personal trainer! I've worked with three personal trainers in the past and Ben's workouts are head a shoulders above my previous experiences. I started working out with Ben in July of this year and noticed immediate results. I like the fact that Ben knows a multitude of work outs, and we mixed gym workouts in with and bootcamp/crossfit style work outs that cause muscle confusion and great results. I'll be going back to Ben next month to start another cycle!
I enjoy working out with Warren.. He cares about me not only while we are working out but through the week he checks on me and always has my back..he is a very good and loyal trainer and I only wish I could have him 7 days a week .. He has the best bootcamps around .. Thanks Fir being there Dubs!!!
I've had the wonderful pleasure of working out with Evelyn since October 2013 and it has been a real treat. Evelyn took the time from day 1 to understand what my needs were and what changes I was looking to make in my life. She has been so flexible with me allowing me to move days around to accommodate my ever-changing schedule, pushing me when I feel lazy, listening to me and my body to help alter our routines for the best results. Felipe is a great trainer. I was a little hesitant to start his bootcamp bc I haven't worked out in years. His workouts are for everyone. Each day you are doing a diff workout and he targets your whole body. He is great at motivating you and reminding you why you are there. I hired Mark as my personal trainer to come to my home and help me work out to get more healthy. I have some health issues and he helped me work out to the best of my ability. He was encouraging and pushed me to do just one more sit up, or one more mountain climber. He has a wonderful personality and is very caring about the person he is training.

My experience with Juliet has been nothing but the best. Always a great workout, with constant change. She pushes you to be better and believes in your journey. Rachel Greve is an amazing trainer. she knows how to work with all body types and she really pushes you to exceed your highest abilities. when i said i couldn't do something, she proved me that i can!. I've gotten stronger and faster in athletics sports because of her. I've been training at Geek Strength since December, and I love everything about it - the workouts, the camaraderie, how much stronger I feel! The workouts are as challenging as you want them to be, so don't be intimidated if you aren't in good shape. Jon is a great coach for any level of fitness and I would highly recommend him to anyone.
Kit makes the workouts fun and challenging. She is very good at making sure we are doing the exercises correctly and that we keep good form. She is very motivating and keeps my interest with the different exercises. I enjoy my workouts with her!!
Wade is an amazing trainer!!! I have been exercising with Wade's bootcamp family over the past 2 years and have enjoyed every single session. Each session unique and stimulating. No muscle groups are left out. I now enjoy incorporated Wade's bootcamp sessions in addition to my regular running routine. Not only has my running performancs improved, I have also seen significant improvement in other muscle groups that I have previously neglected (especially my core and upper body). Wade is great at enouraging you to push your limits while making you feel great about what you have accomplished through hard work and persistence. Best part about Wade's Bootcamp is the camaraderie fostered among the members!
Hunter is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to personal training and strength conditioning. He prides himself in keeping you safe and yet helps get you strong to accomplish your goals. His workouts are always new and refreshing yet I always walk away feeling like I just had a great workout. After only 10 sessions I can total tell a difference in my core and over all physic. I was on the lookout for a motivated personal trainer who would help me meet my weight loss goals. I had faced some bad experiences before with personal training at corporate gyms where I invested a lot of money but gained nothing in return. I decided to go with Gina as I was impressed by her professionalism, experience, commitment to her customers and more importantly, the fact that she cares. She designs custom-workouts for her customers, depending on their age, body build, dietary habits and any limitations that they may have. She is flexible but has a firm hand at the same time. We have group nutrition accountability meetings where we get to interact with others who are on various fitness journeys. Get me fit now! We offer a Monday, Wednesday, and Friday boot camps every 5:30am. Boot camp workouts are a great way to get fit, lose fat, and have fun. They're incredibly popular because they focus on full body fitness and address all areas of fitness including cardio and muscular endurance, fat loss and weight loss, full-body strength, agility, balance, flexibility, periodization, and most importantly, they get results. My camp is focused on improving the fitness of individuals at most ability levels. The program develops strength, agility, muscular endurance, and for the more deconditioned campers, aerobic endurance. Each hour-long session is formatted around five distinct modules: Dynamic warm-up: jogging, skipping, carioca, side shuffles, jack squats, and etc. Strength: walking, lunges, side squats, push-ups, burpees, medicine ball chops, and etc. Dumbells and Kettlebells for weight and strength training Fun and competitive daily activity: team relays around course, and etc. Cooldown: relaxation and stretching Small groups and corporate boot camps are available.
