- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?It varies depending on distance, length of session, and session frequency.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Ordinarily I will spend a few minutes asking questions about a client's specific goals, exercise history, etc. Then I will take them through a basic movement evaluation to get an idea of the fitness intensity that the client will be able to tolerate. After that I'll usually take them through some fundamental kickboxing movement so that they can have a little fun.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Every couple of years I will take a subset credential course. Beyond my Certified Personal Trainer certificate, I am a Mixed Martial Arts Conditioning Specialist, and a Fitness Nutrition Specialist. But I am always researching things whether it gives me a piece of paper or not.
