- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our price includes our Lux bounce house, set up, and 10 miles of travel. We require a nonrefundable 50% deposit to secure the date, and 24 hours prior to the event, we require the remaining balance. Balloon decor is an extra fee depending on the size of the garland, for up to 3 colors. Any additional colors will be an extra $15.00 per color.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We verify that they have electricity that is accessible to wherever set up will be. We also verify the address and confirm if they would like to add balloon decor. If they would like to add balloon decor we would need to know the color scheme for up to 3 colors. We also get an understanding of their wants and needs. We make sure we bring our clients vision to life!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My love for decorating and party planning
