I have been a client at Strength and Fəˈzēk for approximately eight months and went from deadlifting 135 lbs. to 475 lbs. and still going. Zach (trainer and owner) at Strength and Fəˈzēk, understands what works for each client as well as what may not work for another. My very first day was not a show and tell of the gym or about how much weight I could lose. Zach actually took the time to assess my body to familiarize my needs for exercise, diet, and training. Zach will find comfortable pace for each client based on your progression rate. Zach’s attention to detail is phenomenal. Zach focuses on ensuring the correct body positions when lifting to ensure not only proper lifting, but safe lifting to prevent injury. Zach concentrates on all areas of your body and helps you create and helps you create achievable goals that help you strive to achieve them. Zach communicates his knowledge in a manner that clients understand and he is ready available to answer any of your questions at any hour of the day. Ruby is awesome! I have been training with her for nine months now and I am getting great results. She is VERY knowledgeable when it comes to the body, nutrition and physical training. She listens and understands what you want and formulates "step ladder" goals to get there. Ruby is a very motivated person and makes reaching those goals fun. She expects the best from you, which I totally appreciate. I would not want anything less. I see us going way past my end goal. I wouldn't trade Ruby for a fully paid gym membership. I would never get the results I am getting now. I feel great physically and mentally!

She knows how to customize each training class to cater to your different needs/abilities, and she pushes you to achieve new workouts that you did not think was even possible for your body! It's been an AWESOME time training with Evan. He motivates you to keep going even when I feel like giving up! He's professional and knows what is best for what each individual person needs. I ran my first 5K yesterday. I was not able to do that 5 months ago. Andy has pushed me to be my best. He genuinely wants to see me reach my goals. I had major surgery in May and he has been helping me gain my strength back week by week. He is so knowledgeable in fitness and nutrition and watches my form to make sure I am not hurting myself in any way. He pushes me when I want to be lazy and make excuses and motivates me when I want to give up. He helps me be patient and reminds me this is a journey and takes time.....iI even have my mother training with him because he is realky good with training individuals at any level in their health and fitness journey. I highly recommend Andy to anyone looking for a great motivational trainer that will push you to reach your goals in a non-militant style!
Dubs was everything I could have asked for in a personal trainer ! My boyfriend and I decided to start working out together, and even though we were at different fitness levels, Dubs made the weekly training sessions effective and challenging for both of us. He was very accommodating with our busy schedules, whether it meant switching our the time, the day or the location of our training. He has a great personality and definitely knows his stuff !

Whether you're a beginner, intermediate, or professional athlete you'll be amazed w the knowledge and help you'll get here. Individual, couple, or small group training. They have it all!! Difference between Get FHIIT and other places, private means private (not a gym full of people) and true knowledge and education well beyond just personal trainers certification. Get your scale and your muscles moving in the right direction. If they have an opening, you should try them out. If they are no longer taking new clients, get on the wait list. It's worth a try and worth the wait. Personally, I drive 45 minutes one way, the results are worth my time.
I've been training with Snaun for 4 weeks now and I can tell a difference already. Shaun has helped me with form on several exercises and he's always there to motivate me and push me. Ashley is also great. Her diet plans are easy to follow and have really helped me on the right path to reach my goals.

I've been training with Janelle at Cardinal Muscle Performance for over a year. Every week she provides challenging workouts. Janelle has learned about my unique conditions and is able to trailer each exercise to my level of fitness, and modify so I can do everything planned that day, specialized to my needs. It's the motivating, no-excuses workout I need a to be accountable and improving. If you need someone with knowledge and drive to keep you on track, I recommend Cardinal Muscle Performance.

I would HIGHLY recommend this gym and the trainers for anyone at any fitness level! It's the best deal you'll find anywhere for personal training and it's legit. Fitness has always felt like a chore to me, but this is the first time that I'm actually excited about it and look forward to my workouts. Charlie is a down to earth individual with healthy passions. Soft-spoken and respectful, we have discussed several topics including health, nutrition, weight training, sports, travel, and much more. He is credible and trustworthy while remaining persistent in his understanding of an individual's physical and/or mental limitations. He lives an active lifestyle whether it be outside or in the gym. He is not going to just give you advice, he lives by the advice he gives!
I've been training almost two months with Chad now. I felt the difference in my overall health after a month. Chad is very personable and upbeat. He keeps me laughing even when I'm working on that last set of squats or the dreaded planks. He mixes up the workouts, where one day I may be working on weights to resistance bands to using my own stairs. I never know what to expect which removes the boredom from a typical workout. What I like most about Chad is that he's empathic, I feel he truly takes the time to get to know me and he cares. He's designed workouts just for me.
