FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing and discounts are competitive and low for the services provided within my area and within the national standard.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have a "meet-and-greet" with potential clients and their dog(s) at their home. During this time I meet the dog(s) and their owner(s). We review the services/rates, the scheduling, and the expectations of the potential customer. They inform me of their dog(s) personality, what commands they know, what types of nutrition or dietary restrictions, medical history, and so forth. It's a time for the dog(s), customer, and myself to get to know one another to see if we are the right fit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed (with my own dogs), puppy programs, class readiness evaluations, manners classes, and group classes. I am not a certified dog trainer, but I've spent much time reading, researching, reviewing, applying dog training tools to help improve the lives of my own pets and those of family and friends. I am a runner with 20 races completed: 50 Mile Finisher 50k Finisher 2-Time Marathon Finisher 20 Mile Finisher 25k Finisher 8-Time Half-Marathon Finisher 2-Time 15k Finisher 10k Finisher 2-Time 5k Finisher Ragnar Relay Race Finisher
