Introduction: Hi! My name is Kezia, and I’m the owner of Kezia Georgy Photography. Kezia was so great to work with. Her expertise, level of professionalism, and ability to deliver was way above my expectations - made her so great to work with! Kezia has been one of the best photographers I have worked with. Not only does she know how to work the camera, but she's extremely talented when it comes to envisioning the environment and incorporating the perfect angles. Every shot taken is a masterpiece. She was on time, very professional. She walked us trough a few poses. She also explained a few things about lighting and angles to us which made it all made sense because me and my fiancé were kind of nervous in our big day. She made us feel at ease and my my fiancé feel so beautiful which is something that you can’t just replace. She was so fun to work with I would do it all over again.

Hired on Thumbtack

Kezia is extremely unprofessional and lacks experience and expertise. Hiring her was a nightmare and cost me so much time and frustration. I ended up having to have Thumbtack intervene and get me a refund so I could hire a real professional last minute. All I needed was a simple headshot and she said she could have it done within 3-4 days. A week later she uploaded one photo that wasn’t even edited and provided a fake link that made it look like she had sent me a whole portfolio of my photos. A few days later she finally uploaded the rest but was unreachable to go over edits. She wouldn’t answer the phone so we could go over the simple edits I wanted. She made a few attempts and then sent me a text saying I needed to hire another photographer to do the editing. She didn’t even use professional lighting for the photo, she didn’t have the right settings on her camera so my photo was super grainy. On top of that the photo she did provide was such a small size I couldn’t even have someone edit it. She refused to give me a refund and then deleted my photos like she was going to make me pay for nothing. Awful business person though she seemed really nice when I first met her. Steer clear.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to sit down for a 15-20 minute consult just to get to know you and the project! It’ll help both of us to make sure your vision is being captured correctly.
