- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do our absolute best to keep our prices fair and our quality exceptional. As a family owned business, we aim to please our surrounding communities. We offer a Military discount as well as a Teachers discount. Please let us know if any of these apply to you during the appointment scheduling process.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New Customers will receive a message from us with our standard question we need to give them a fair and easy price quote. 1) What is your home's Square Footage 2) What service are you looking to have completed? Have you noticed any issues with your current gutter system? 3) Where are you located/ Contact information? After we have received the answers to those questions, we will message you a price quote and appointment availability date. We will call to confirm appointments the day before your scheduled date and time.
