- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Personal Services, I have a consultation with the client to discuss about the foods they like and dislike. Dietary needs they made have and any food allergies. Once I establish that, I will create a weekly menu and establish a cook date, when the client would like to start. I prepare all meals in there home there homes. Everything is individual containers or family style labeled with heating instructions. So when yo get home everything is waiting for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a Culinary Degree and Certification in Pastry. Yes I am a member of United State Personal Chef Associations, We have seminars every year that we attend.
