NRICH Fitness

I joined Nrich Fitness shortly after they opened because of Matt Fox. I 1st started training with Matt in early 2015 (prior to Nrich) I actually chose him after spending a month observing the trainers at my old gym. Matt worked harder then everyone else and was always attentive to each clients needs. My health was very poor at the time but Matt was able to work with me and help me improve leaps and bounds. I am not sure I would have stayed as committed to working out if I had never met him, he helped me find my love for weight lifting! Matt is always learning and looking for ways to improve technique and form. He can work with you no matter what your starting point is. As for Nrich love the atmosphere. It is a smaller, clean gym and there is a great variety of equipment. If you are looking for a gym or trainer look no further!

Working with Matt is a overall great experience. He is attentive to your personal needs and goals while keeping every workout fresh and fun. I highly recommend Matt for your PT needs!

In the last two years I have worked with my trainer, Matt Fox, I have lost 48 lbs and I’m in great shape. I am presently 68 years old but I’m in the best shape I’ve been in 20 years. Matt is an awesome trainer. If you want results I highly recommend him.

The gym is great with all the necessary equipment and an organized and clean environment. It's a smaller gym but the quality and ethics offered by the staff and trainers is great. The trainers especially give quality training with their undivided attention and are friendly. It's a great gym!

Matt Fox from NRICH Fitness is seriously one of the best trainers that I have ever had the opportunity to work with. He has always and continues to push me to my highest fitness level. You would be extremely lucky to train with him. The facility is also always clean and well equipped and well located. Nice staff who knows your name even if they don't train with you.
