Introduction: My name is Jason Traister owner of Traphouse Training. I have over 20 years experience under the bar. My fitness path has been all over I am an IPF world record holder in deadlift, ran a marathon, done CrossFit, and multiple other types of fitness. If you want to be stonger or in better shape I can help. Have a favorite pair of jeans doesn’t fit the same I can help. Want to work out but don’t know what to do I can help. Have several years experience but need a push I can help. Just want to live a healthier life style I can help. If you don’t like going to a commercial gym fantastic. The Traphouse ( our garage) has a wide variety of strength equipment, specialty bars and competition level equipment to cover all your training needs.

I've been with the Traphouse for about a year now & my experience has been nothing short of amazing. This is no cookie cutter training. Traister takes the time to learn each of his athletes so that he can mold training specific to their strengths, weaknesses & goals. It's not a one size fits all programming. He's very positive, easy to talk to and super responsive. He makes the drive come naturally. Let's not forget how strong I have gotten since working with the Traphouse. I've been strong into fitness for about 7 years. Attend 5x a week & workout about 2 hours a day so PRs come few and far in between. Over the past year my strength has improved drastically....to include a recent 15# PR on my backsquat! For us daily gym-goers...thats a HUGE accomplishment. So do I recommend Traphouse training? I'm trying to figure out why you haven't signed up yet! 5 stars. Highly recommend. You will not regret!

As a novice who had never lifted weights, I found Jason's guidance and coaching invaluable in learning the basic postures and correct techniques of various different weight training methods like bench press, weighted squats and building core strength. Trap house is the perfect place for you if you're beginning your journey or have been lifting for years. They customize the program for each individual which makes it extremely effective and meet you where you are in your journey.
