- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We know that you want the most bank for your investment buck, so we offer competitive pricing with NO upfront leasing fees!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First, we have an initial call to discuss your specific needs. If you determine we are a fit, we will conduct a free rental analysis to determine the best rent amount for your property. If the property is vacant, we will take numerous high resolution pictures, create a 3D tour, and map out the property floor plan. We then go to work to find you the best tenants! If the property is occupied, we will first collect all of the current leases and deposits. We then contact your tenants and onboard them onto our payment portal and ensure they have a smooth transition to RentHub management.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Our team of property managers are licensed real estate agents with extensive training in property management. Our ownership team holds numerous advanced degrees, including a law degree focused on residential real estate.
