I would not use this vendor again.
Poor installation, with what appears a different type of grass for part of the lawn.
Talked to Torres Landscaping after the installation, I addressed concerns that much of the yard looked like another type of grass or possibly weeds, and the landscaper said it's not his fault and the sod was fresh and I should call the sod company. I recommend they:
1. do better quality work
2. putting a guarantee on the work
3. come and LOOK at your work after install
4. Stand by your work and don't blame someone else
Torres refused to come in and look at his work and needs to provide some type of guarantee and a post installation review. Overall it's a bad experience.
