Needed corrupted files on my micro SD from my drone phantom 3 professional restored. I can honestly say this was the best customer service I've ever had from an electronics service and the quality of work is unrivaled.

Has no shop for repairing/recovering hard drives, farms out to a third party. However he did go to great lengths to determine if drive could be recovered without sending it off, then followed up to be sure it was being handled fairly and promptly. Good guy to deal with, in spite of limitations

Baham Computer has 2 Locations one in Justin St.- Rockwall Texas other in 2150 N central Expressway McKinney Texas. 10 years old 40 GB hard drive bad head and viruses which was replace by BCWI. Send to Lab 7 days work, constant contact from the customer support team, and they managed to recover the majority of all data and send back a new drive quickly. The only downside was the price, but the work was solid. Always suggest to my Clients to back up all data and one year PM on your computers.
