My work stand out from others because I like helping each individual achieve the goals they set out accomplish. In the alternative work goals can be spiritual, physical, psychological and social in nature and I help you address what your needs are. In Pilates the goals are generally a need for improved strength, flexibility,balance and more. In Pilates and Yoga: Working with people who are active in their care by maintaining a focus, precision and accuracy to get the most out of what they are doing. In Healing work its observing the before and after and assessing a plan to address the needs.

- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?yes, I take continuing education not only because Its required but its what gives me the fuel to keep on and on. It is what helps me help to improve you.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I was drawn into the knowing the human anatomy and its function, optimal function, and over a lifetime! The mind is behind the function! My college studies were in both. I have continued to pursue education in both as they have been set before me by a greater power.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?I do work with small corporations and the employees. I help them to reduce stress in a group or individual setting to enhance their employee moral, production, etc.
