Don was our tech. On time, professional and efficient. Installed a ceiling fan in 55 minutes. Great! Only downer was $55 quote online didn't include a $15 travel charge. Would have appreciated that being in the quote. Regardless, Don made the experience a positive one.
Mike installed a ceiling fan for me. He was punctual and completed the work in record time. I am very pleased!
Very friendly, honest, hard working and skilled gentleman. Installed several light fixtures and a ceiling fan then fixed a faucet leak.
Timely and great communication. Thank you, Noel. I will call you when I get my ceiling fans and lights to install.
Dale was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He installed a ceiling fan which was at a 45° angle. Installation was no problem for him and he even went out of his way to go to Lowes and Home Depot to purchase additional parts. He even painted the screws to ensure they did not show up as silver on our black fan. AAA service. Thanks a bunch!! Highly recommend for numerous repairs you may have.
Jason did an amazing job on a laundry list of tasks, ranging from installing wifi controlled light switches, replacing GFIs, fixing a leaky sink, installing new in ceiling speakers to completely restaining our fence. He was very polite, professional and reasonably priced. Jason clearly takes pride in his work and ensures that you are 100% satisfied. We highly recommend Jason for all of your handyman needs. He will be back to assist us with other tasks in the future.
My home was built in 1985. One of the bedrooms didn't have a ceiling light. The room was rewired and now has a ceiling fan with a light. The job was done in a timely manner. I am very.pleased with the service and will use them again for any electricial problems.
Completed a whole list of items including window washing, ceiling repair, landscaping, added baseboards, matched paints and a last minute plumbing problem. Highly recommend.
Summit was one of the first companies to immediately reach out and offer to come look at my electrical issues. They followed up and were great with communication. Prior to hiring them, I had already had two handymen try to resolve my ceiling fan's wiring problems, but Summit was persistent and kept digging until it was resolved. We were very pleased with their work and their professionalism.
Very very pleased with the work done. Installed 4 recessed lights and a ceiling fan. Also fixed my tree lights wiring and changed bulbs for me. Very reasonable $$. Will definitely recommen and use again.
We had a ceiling fan installed. He did a free estimate, and did the job for the price estimated, even though it was a little more work than anticipated. He arrived on time, and finished within 2 hours. For a little extra money, he mounted a flat screen TV on the wall too.
Muhamed was fantastic, what was originally a flexiduct repair involved finding a leaky part in the dishwasher and he did it all. Very good! And very pleased.
Great service!!! Affordable and reliable. I got two ceiling fans installed and they work great. I was not sure if I needed to assemble the fans so I didn’t and John the technician was really nice and assembled the two fans in no time.
We hired Ray to fix a hole in our ceiling, his drywall work is awesome you can't even tell where the hole was. We also hired him to take the wall down in our sun room to open our back porch up, once again awesome job. Ray is very professional, very informative and clean.
I initially had Domingo come by to replace the ballasts in our kitchen and for another project I had him come over and rewire our bedroom ceiling fans so the light switch could be used at the wall as well as the fan. He even replaced another light switch and performed a fuse box inspection free of charge. I would highly recommend him for any electrical project!
We had several small projects we wanted done and Michael arrived on time and did a great job installing shades, a pendant light, and a couple of ceiling fans. I’m already planning our next projects. 10/10 👍🏻👍🏻
Jason was very responsive while communicating back and forth during the bidding process. He contacted the ceiling fan manufacturer to obtain additional information about the fan without me even asking him to do so or before I even committed to hiring him, answered all of my questions, and most of all, installed the ceiling fan & and did a very good job. Cleaned everything up once he was finished. I am happy to say that I have an electrician for life! Ty again Jason!
Jose did a great job I had Him install a kitchen light and 2 bedroom ceiling fans He was very professional and cleaned up after himself...will defiantly recommend him for handy man work...
My ceiling fan light wasn't working. I went ahead and allowed him to diagnose the problem, even though their fee is horrendously high ($182). The issue was super minor. The technician was really courteous and prompt, but again that diagnostic fee should be based on a sliding scale, IJS
Good communication. Polite. Professional. On time (early, actually). Good install. The only reason I'm giving a 4 star instead of a 5 star is b/c he changed the price after the project was complete. I was quoted and invoiced $250 for 5 fan installs. He broke the glass dome on one, so he had to go out and get another one (the fan itself is $60). At the end of the job, he asked for $300 and said it's b/c the type of light it has is harder to install than some fans. I should've sent him photos of the fan beforehand, but didn't think it made much difference. But, when he saw the fans prior to starting the job, he never said that they were more complex and it would actually cost $300. It wasn't until after the job was completed. I'm pretty sure he was just trying to cover the expense of having to replace the fan he broke. I highly doubt he would've attempted to charge $300 at the end of the job if everything had gone smoothly. It's fine he broke the fan...accidents happen. But, that is not something I should be liable for. Yes, he did go purchase the new fan w/ his own money, but I feel like he indirectly charged us more for the labor to cover the cost of the fan. I didn't really realize this at the time, so I went ahead and paid him the $300. And he did give me the option of still paying the $250, but I didn't want to come off like a jerk or something if I didn't pay him $300. So, yes at least he gave me the option, but when in that situation, one feels obligated and compelled to pay the higher amount. I don't think he was intentionally trying to rip me off or anything, especially since he gave me the option to still pay $250 as originally agreed upon, but I think in the moment, he just wanted to recoup his costs and didn't think as much about how it would be perceived. But, aside from that, everything was great and he did good work. I have no complaints otherwise. I'd use his services again as long as something like that didn't happen again...lol.
Jonathan did an excellent work with both our ceiling fans. He ensured the fans were fixed perfectly and took the extra time to do that. Would definitely recommend him
