I called Dale and spoke to him and discovered he is as or more experienced with electrical work than he is with furniture - furniture work was of no interest to me. I had some serious issues with three kitchen fluorescent ballasts and two more ballasts in a master bedroom closet. And the socket for a bulb in a 4-bulb ceiling fan had been destroyed and the thought of disassembling it just to fix that socket was overwhelming me. The closet ballast transformers were making unbearable noises for 15+ years and the kitchen ballasts were just dead because they don't last too many years. A project like these would take me a long time in the kitchen and the closet would be impossible with my arthritis. I sought someone I could trust, who could charge a fair price, and do a great job. And in these areas Dale met and exceeded all expectations. He was prompt, courteous, kind, efficient, professional and personable. I 100% trusted him and we became fast friends and shared our faiths and a bit of our life story briefly -- my fault for wanting to engage him like this - Dale remained singularly focused on completing the job and doing it perfectly. I unhesitatingly intend to ask him to do other tasks in the future and recommend him to others for any task that requires a master technician which i believed he was in these areas and he confirmed it. Just ask him if he feels comfortable doing something and if he has done it before and if he says he has, hire him and don't even blink an eye. Dale, thank you for helping my family and house with the very annoying and difficult problems. You were and remain a Godsend. I appreciate you very much!

There were two workers. I have to give major props to Jaime! He was professional, fast, he knew exactly what was going on, and did everything to make my move smooth. If not for him, I would have pulled my hair out. Jaime packed up my bathroom, bedroom, clothes closet, hallway closet, and hallway in the amount of time it took the other worker (main person?) to pack up the kitchen. One. plate. at. a. time.... :-/ I'll let you read between those lines. Thing is, if they had finished sooner, I would have tipped even higher! Loading and unloading was fine, but again, this is where Jaime shined over the second worker. I was very clear about where I wanted most items, but Jaime went out of his way to set up my bed so I could be comfortable on my first night in my new place. The other worker kept acting confused about a lot of things: "That bookshelf isn't going to make it up those stairs", "where do you want that box again?" "what room are you talking about????" Then he made a comment that moving my electric piano would cost extra even though it wasn't on the initial quote--even though I included it on the things I needed moved. The comment came out of nowhere halfway into the move. I took a lot of time to make this review just to make sure I was calm, but even a month later, it all still applies. The main worker made a couple of comments that don't apply to the move that still left a bad taste in my mouth, so just for next time: Don't worry about hourly rates, just get the move going; your customers will appreciate it. If they don't compensate you then, they will in either the reviews or word of mouth...ie, more business.

Our project is to added closet in the attic area. We hired architect and structural engineer to make some changes to roof support and floor to support the walkin closet. While we were thinking about additng closet but were not sure where and how to add in our attic. Frank and his crew came to our house everytime I called him. Finally we made the decision and asked Frank to get this done. It was required to coordinate with architect at every stage of the project. Frank did all this. The project schedule, help us on meterial. He even corrected our selection to better product while he was at the shop to pick up our order. Once the project started it was done on time by the project plan. They have done an amazing job of Adding additional beam to support the floor Modify roof support Modify hvac Add electricals. Framing for the flooring And finally the room doen, paint and finished. Awesome job!!! Nothing is too small or too complex for this company. Great cpmany, great crew and Frank.

We had been without hot water for a few days (1st world problems, I know lol) while we researched our options and got quotes from several entities. Summit Solutions had a fair price and quick response time with a superior product compared to other quotes. They arrived on time, installed the water heater in less time than estimated and let my husband talk their ear off. We now have hot water for luxurious showers. The only issue I have is that the door for the water heater closet no longer closes completely. I messaged them through Thumbtack without a response so far. If that issue is rectified then this would bump up the rating to 5 stars.

Tim was wonderful to work with! He built a closet into an extra room for us and painted our whole house. The quality of his work is outstanding and he went above and beyond to fit our job into the short amount of time we had before our movers arrived with all of our stuff. He worked long hours to accommodate us and we are so very glad we chose him to do our work! We highly recommend Tim and we will most definitely use him again for any handy-man projects, painting, and construction services.

Maristella has a unique ability most of us lack. She does not fear chaos, she embraces it, manages it and breaks it down so it can be tackled by anyone. At some point in our lives we have experienced the horror of moving. The horror for me is still fresh in my mind. In the past 5 months we moved from a large house to an apartment and in February to yet a smaller apartment. We barely had time to unpack and then it was time to pack again. This is were we lost control of any semblance of order - we gave up and the garage took the brunt of it. We had now created a deadly obstacle course that could only belong in the Saw Movie Series. I literally need to reclaim my space! My Space Reclaimed, LLC is a clever name and the owner is nothing short of brilliant. Maristella helped me face & manage my fear: being overwhelmed by too many 'things', paralyzed to do anything, starting something, not finishing and starting some other project, yet never completing anything. Flash-forward to March 27th. I read through some reviews and reached out to those that caught my eye. Maristella was the first to respond; her reviews were excellent and the before/after photos only reinforced the 5 Star service she had been given by other customers. I completed a professional questionnaire customizing the services specific to my needs, signed a very comprehensive contract and we set an appointment for the 28th of March. That's how quickly she was able to accommodate me. She arrived the next day: punctual, her uniform attire with logo perfectly pressed, every and all cleaning & organizing supplies one can dream of. I was nervous, would she judge? Would we get along? Was I ready to do this? Would she be a slave driver? Was she going to be mean? I was seriously worried for nothing. She was awesome, I liked her immediately. This was a person I wanted to work with. Then the magic began. My goal was to clean the garage as a surprise before my boyfriend returned from Rome - I had 5 days. To accomplish clearing out the garage and the following tasks was next to impossible: Organize the Fridge Purge Clothing & Closets Separate & Re-Create Men's/Women's Closets De-Clutter Bathrooms De-Clutter Laundry Area Organize Pantry Purge & Organize all files, paperwork, etc. Label Files, Pantry Items, etc. Maristella was an inspiration. The work she does is not easy, but she loves it (I am still shocked that someone could love it, but she does). Plan, designate, focus, attack, finish - this was the process. While she was doing this, I chose to follow suit-it was inevitable that this may not last once she left. I asked her to tell me what to do, direct me and tell me how and tell me how long I should take (every detail needed for someone with raging ADHD). This ends like a fairytale - the goal was met, we did everything we needed to do! Maristella still did most of it, but I realized as a client I also had to buy into the process. It was a great experience and I learned this process that really gets me motivated & moving. Now, there are times when I lose that luster, but I've contacted Maristella when this happens and somehow she gets me right on track. I call that beyond responsive and Maristella does go above and beyond expectations. She takes great pride in her work, it is a reflection of her. - Christina

Rocio did a great job and spent a lot of time at our house. She even took the time and reorganized our cabinets, which were in dire need of organizing. :) We have dogs and they were completely calm and relaxed and we were able to keep them loose in the house which is a huge plus to us. We have decided to keep using this company in a recurring service.

Manny's Painting was easy to communicate with. Very professional. He always responded quickly. The price was great and the quality of work was amazing. I had him install shelves in a coat closet for a food storage pantry. I have ten children and there isn't a pantry in this fifty year old house. I was running all over the house to get supplies to make dinner. Manny made the shelves strong and durable. Since this closet is in the mud room I don't have him paint the shelves. He caulked them anyways so they would be prepared in case I changed my mind. He worked quickly and since I purchased all the materials he was thorough making sure I purchased all the correct items. They were finished a couple hours before they said they would be done.

Did a great job with my built bookcase (white cabinets with bookcase above, stained alder countertop, custom built rolling ladder). There was one design problem, which is the reason for 4 of 5 stars, but he took care of fixing it after the install right away. He will be bidding on my custom closet as well.

Overall I am extremely happy with the results and finished product Precision Roofers and Remodeling (PRR) delivered. The before/after pictures speak volumes to the impeccable work PRR delivers. The attention to detail when tiling and positioning of the fixtures went way beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend them for any of your bathroom improvements. After several bids and discussions, I decided to hire PRR to do the four major improvements in my scope of work. Guest Bath – removed bathtub and converted to full shower, added exhaust fan, re-tiled floor and framed mirror. Jack & Jill Bath – Re-tiled bathtub, added shower sliding door, painted cabinets and wall, added a heater/fan, re-tiled floor and framed mirror. Master Bath – Removed sunken tub, converted 9’ area into “shower area”, added new exhaust fans, painted vanity and built-ins, replaced brass mirror sliding closet door with French doors, tiled entire floor through the closet, painted closet. Kitchen – Added custom built-in pantry, painted all the cabinets, new double oven (replaced original Jenn-Air), added custom cabinet above cook-top, installed over the counter microwave and added additional pot lights in breakfast nook. The decision to choose PRR was primarily based on the high quantity of top reviews on Thumbtack, the photos of completed projects and the total bid cost. I never revealed my total budget for performing the work to any bidder, but PRR's bid (not the lowest) came slightly under this allowing me to complete everything originally wanted without cutting one of the projects or affecting quality of finishes. It was also about 35% under the highest bidder. The tile, grout and fixtures were not included in the bid as expected so be sure to adjust your budget accordingly. I highly underestimated the cost of the finishes, but went with what I wanted regardless, so going over my budget slightly was completely my fault. As with any project, as each improvement was underway, I added some details not in the original scope. I expected these additions to substantially increase the original bid, but PRR considered most part of the original scope and only had 3 change orders where labor or material cost was affected. Danny Conrad (owner) came up with an equitable distribution of the bid into 2 separate projects with 1/3 payment of each project due at the beginning, about two-thirds through completion another 1/3 payment and then the final 1/3 payment upon completion of the project. It’s imperative to understand that PRR has a small crew and is how the bid was 35% under my highest bidder. The result is the total project duration being longer than a larger crew. PRR only worked on a single bathroom at a time which was my preference since we would still be living here during the work and still have full access to the other two. The larger crew bid I received was going to be working on two bathrooms and the kitchen simultaneously which would have been too much to live through. Personally, the lower cost, attention to detail a small crew delivered with my projects far outweighed the amount of time it took to finish the entire 4 projects. To put in perspective though, each of the smaller bathrooms only took about 2 week’s give and take a couple of days. This was basically the same time estimate I received from the other bids. Thanks Precision Roofers and Remodeling for leaving me with bathrooms that are statement pieces in my house and a long line of friends and family that want to experience my spa like “Shower Area”.

Mr. Blankenship and his crew were able to come the same morning I called. They did a fantastic job and even corrected something that the AC technician from the day before didn't do which, in large part was the major reason for the water in the closet the carpet being soaked. I will certainly call him again if I need further work and would recommend him to anyone.

Excellent!! I had to leave town last minute and Reanna, blissfully organized, handled everything and even picked up last minute items needed to complete the job.. She sent me pictures before leaving to show me the job, I was beyond impressed, but when I came home from my trip to a extremely organized closet that exceeded my expectations. To top it off, my appointment with blissfully organized, was scheduled on a day when DFW had a winter storm that progressed after they were already working away at my home, I had left on an early flight, she stayed the entire day finishing the job, had I been in town and known the extremes of the weather, I would have never expected her to follow through with our appointment, yet she never mentioned anything, made this organization process such a breeze for me... She truly is exceptional and her work and business professionalism is one that can not be surpassed. I will definitely be calling on her again as well as referring my friends and colleagues to her!!
