Cool Hand Painting came over to do complete a job that another company was supposed to finish. It was quite a job for 2 guys to do originally, as it required major construction to my home on an exterior wall. William and his guys gave me a fair estimate to not only complete the job that the other company left undone, but to also seal the brick flooring in the front porch, and paint the entire exterior siding and wood portions of the house. Not only did these guys go beyond the call, they made the outside of my home beautiful again. I am very grateful for their awesome work. The attention to detail has completely impressed me and the quality of work is impeccable. I would recommend these guys to anyone who is looking for good quality work done at reasonable rates. Thanks guys, awesome job!

Stay away! William Rodriquez and Preston Grosvenor are unreliable and dishonesty. They stole $14,000 we paid for supplies (carpet and paint) plus some of our belongings (including a gift for our kids!) They vanished in the middle of the job leaving several things damaged. Paint on the windows and not just a little but like a full roller splat of paint at the top of windows. The stair handrail and fireplace were both damaged costing more for us to get fixed and finished with the remodel. The little work they did was of such poor quality, the replacement contractors we hired showed us all the short cuts they took. They also lied about being licensed and insured. Do not hire William Rodriguez (214) 635-8881 and Preston Grosvenor (214) 693-4762 no matter what company name they try to hide behind.

William came to see me at a moments notice as I had a few emergency fixes upon my move out. Through this sight he called me back and was at my house within an hour. he accessed my situation and was fair and reasonable on the price. He genuinely cared about the job and even followed up with a message about the work. He even guaranteed he would take care of anything should the new owners have any issues. I recommend him he is good and he is clean about his work too.
