Demario was awesome! He was friendly and personable but most of all he was extremely professional. He explained the process in detail and answered all of my questions before he started. He even answered some questions I hadn't even thought to ask. I personally felt that his proactive approach in that regard speaks volumes and is indicative of someone that cares about the customer and prides himself on the level of service that he provides.
The initial quote was true and accurate, even a bit conservative, and that was an absolute relief. I was quite impressed with what seemed to be an ethos of "under-promise and over-deliver".
We reviewed the quote after we assessed all work to be done and he made sure to explain the itemized services to be rendered and the total bill before he started to be sure there were no surprises or sticker shock. I'm no cynic; quite the contrary, actually. But I can say there have been more than a few times in regard to other services where a "quote" felt more like an inducement to buy a product or service rather than an honest projection of what can be expected when the invoice is tallied. Sadly it seems that a bait-and-switch approach has become an almost standard "sales tactic". While so many seem to be out for a quick sale...a fire and forget approach so to speak, rather than an attempt at repeat customers and referral business, Demario's level of professionalism, service, and attention to detail definitely stood out. Needless to say, he earned any repeat business from me, and I will certainly refer anyone that I know that is in the market. Well done!
