Disappointing. Initially appeared interested in our project, came out and took measurements, came back with a coworker and took more measurements, texted follow up questions. I reached out to him about a week later to get a status update with no response. He finally texted me about 4 days after that saying he was going to send over an estimate that night. That was over a week ago, I received nothing and as of this writing he has stopped responding to texts. Beware!
