The Victor came, thought was a good guy and like our discussion he promised to come back when I get the parts to fixed or complete the job and requested for full payment of $100 for the lawn mower and I gave him. We also agreed for him to fix the weed eater for another payment when next he come. I got the parts now and he has refused to come back after contacting him to come finish the job I already paid for. I want back my money if he can not come back and I need at least ($70) because that is a very bad attitude. I take him by his word because he is from here. I need back my money because he did not do its job and I am not happy about this.
