Kelly and her staff are very friendly. I've tried their Barre, Zumba and yoga classes. It's been an amazing experience. I love working out in the morning in this class and be done with it for the rest of day. They do fantastic job with correcting your poses and giving you tips. I do recommend this class to anyone.
Kirsten has been such a blessing to me in so many ways. I'm new to yoga and decided to pursue it to relieve stress but it has had such a more meaningful impact on me than I ever would have imagine. Kirsten's instruction is patient, encouraging, and spiritual. The perfect combination for a beginner. I am always in a better place after our sessions and miss her when I'm unable to meet. I would highly recommend her to anyone! Just adore her!

I have taken yoga classes on and off for more than a decade. I have taken classes with Trey for about six months. There are so many things I love about Trey's classes: 1) Trey actually knows what he is doing. He is a GOOD yoga teacher. You would think that would be basic but I have had far more bad teachers than good. 2) Trey is very supportive and patient. We all have good days and challenging days. Whatever kind of yoga day I am having, Trey is encouraging and reminds me that tomorrow will be another day. 3) Trey is not one of those teachers whose goal seems to be to whip students through as many poses as possible in an hour. He takes the time in each posture to help us understand the end goal, adjust us, help us deepen our practice, and make the micro-adjustments that create progress. 4) Trey is also great at gearing the class to the level of his students, giving "advancements" to more experienced students when we have new students in the class. I actually had a yoga teacher try to teach full headstands in a Level 2 class. I appreciate Trey because it's great to stretch yourself (pun not intended) but it's stupid, and a great way to injure yourself, to do things you simply aren't ready for. 5) It is Trey's commitment to true yoga practice that has caused tremendous improvement in my yoga practice. I have seen improvement in balance, strength, and flexibility. This started happening after just six weeks. Trey has also been great in suggesting things for home practice. 6) A bonus, Trey is fun and funny. He doesn't take it too seriously. He makes an effort to get to know his students. He remembers where we started, so he points out milestones. "Hey, I remember when you couldn't X and look at you now!" So, YES! Go take a class with Trey Albright. namaste, gretchen
I really enjoyed my session with Shayla. It was my first time doing yoga and she helped me get into some of the positions and made me feel comfortable. I will definitely try this again.
Vanessa is a compassionate, patient, and overall amazing person who exposed me to yoga in a meaningful way. I cannot stress just how cool and real this young woman is - Besides her character, she knew after one session what sort of yoga style to switch me to and it helped me immensely. She is an expert in all style s of yoga but she doesn't act like a yoga snob. She is also all about the person in front of her - she is so unselfish and so dialed in to what you are doing. She models the positions alongside you and gently corrects - she also begins and ends the sessions with deep things and I feel wiser and stronger because of my times with her. Her little yoga studio under her apartment is perfect for escaping the world - Everything was amazing - I'm telling you: "Forget yoga classes and forget any other private yoga instructor - You will not find a better human, yoga guru, or mentor than Vanessa Zamora."
~ STACY IS AWESOME!! Very sweet.... Quiet. Supportive. Kind. She brought AWESOME music& oil& everything we needed to just chill& do our thing. The chair yoga was great!! I was a little sore the next day, but that's ok..... &I was much calmer after doing meditation :) Over-all a PERFECT session!! Would HIGHLY recommend Stacy :)
Stephanie is an amazing instructor. For not having any yoga experience private lessons were a must for me. She carefully led me through different poses and taught me correct form and technique throughout the whole class. I have been extremely active my whole life and have never worked up a sweat like I did in her class! Absolutely amazing!
Jami has impressed me since I have been going to Yoga Jax studio for the last couple of months. She has led me in both flow yoga and meditation in hour long private and group classes. She is personal - not just leading, but pulling the best out of me. She leads by both verbal instructions and doing the poses along side me. I never feel pandered to or looked down upon. Actually, quite the opposite - I feel like I don't need to be "better" before I go to her classes - I can just come as I am with no judgment from her. She is focused on we students the whole time class is in session. (Doesn't seem like her mind is wandering away from us.) Last but not least, I like her smile and love her passion. In an age of chain stores, It is good to experience good-old-fashioned customer service given by someone who clearly has a passion for her profession.
