Introduction: Hight Foods is an exciting new option for tailor-made cuisine in the Permian Basin. We provide meal delivery services to the Midland area, and we also have catering, pick-up options and cooking classes from our Midland kitchen as well as in-home personal chef services. All meals are prepared in an inspected commercial kitchen and can be specifically crafted to meet your dietary restrictions. Chip Hight is the founder and executive chef of Hight Foods. He is currently a personal chef to professional athletes in Houston, Texas. Prior to that, Chip was the executive chef of the Alden Hotel. Before that, Chip held various catering and consulting positions with notable chefs throughout the Houston area.
