- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a 10% discount to veterans and senior citizens.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I receive photos and videos of the project. We have a phone call in regards to what type of service you need provided. I provide you with a quote and if we agree we move forward with the completion of the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have excellent customer service and attention to detail. I am a licensed physical therapist that loves helping people and doing things that keep me physically active.
