Kelly and her staff are very friendly. I've tried their Barre, Zumba and yoga classes. It's been an amazing experience. I love working out in the morning in this class and be done with it for the rest of day. They do fantastic job with correcting your poses and giving you tips. I do recommend this class to anyone.
Charlie is Fort Worth's best-hidden gem! I originally met Charlie during at his massage school clinic about 3 years ago. After that first massage I was hooked. Since then he has also become a yoga instructor which I love. The weekly massage and yoga session have really helped with my back pain and I feel less stressed out all the time! I would definitely recommend Charlie and in fact, I have to many of my friends and family!
I met Danielle when I’m was in a major transition in my life and she single handedly helped me do a 180 in my mental well-being with her skills as a life coach. Amanda is a great teacher for a beginner or for anyone looking to expand their practice. She takes her time to break down complicated poses and makes them easy to understand. In class, she also gives directions to help deepen the pose for more advanced students. She is really easy to connect to and ask questions. Her passion for the practice of yoga really shines through in her creative classes and her spirit and playfulness make them really fun to be in! I have been practicing with her for about two years and I've seen major changes in what my body is able to do! I can't wait to do SUP yoga with her this summer.
