Introduction: My name is Deemar( I know odd name) I attained my personal training certification to learn how to train properly for myself and soon ended up learning I can do something more with it. See I’ve had a passion for helping people ever since I was a kid; though I did not know I can help people with being happy with themselves physically, I always thought it was only mentally. So couple of successful clients later(span of 1 year, before leaving the gym) I soon learned how life changing it was for the client and how rewarding it felt to me when my clients tell me; that they can travel and walk distances without the need to constantly stop, easier everyday life activities, being able to get off medications, no more extreme sleep apnea and just being finally happy and comfortable with themselves without the anxiety of people judging. Couple of tearjerker stories I’ll spare you the tears. That is when I knew I’m still helping people just in a different way and that I’m happy and ultimately love doing what I do!
