First day was quick and straight to the point. Blair explained everything to me very well and in great detail. Blair is a good trainer and has a great personality. He makes sure you have correct posture at all times without hovering. He also provides you with a meal plan app that makes it really easy to track your calories and includes recipes for every meal. If you follow that, you are going to see quick results. I’ve only been training for a week and already lost 6 lbs.
