- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like keeping things simple! I have the following: A. Subscription model (Paid on a fixed date every month). B. Session packages. I can generally accommodate all budgets. As a rule of thumb, the more you commit, the more economical is going to be. Cost can start as low as $45/session. (Plan dependent). I also offer Remote Training/Coaching with a potential cost of $50/week. (plan dependent).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to follow a 3 step process. STEP 1: Talk over the phone, schedule a consultation. STEP 2: Meet in person, Tour the facility, Introduce myself (How I work), establish goals based on current condition, and set a start date. STEP 3: Start Training / Nutrition Program.
