- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, gather general information about the task that is needed and detail provide a detailed list of what services will be performed on the job. We are very big on communicating with our customers to ensure that we understand and execute the job to the best of our ability and keep the customer happy. Once all details are discussed the day before the job we send a checklist outlining what was agreed upon for the service date. We like to make sure that the customer is a part of ever step of the process.
