FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Out fees are usually based on the square footage and age of the home. There are various discounts we offer to our clients. Such as Veteran, First Responders, and always returning clients. As the for amount of our fees, we fill that after the years of being in business and the amount of homes we examine on a yearly basis, that we have not seen it all, but we have seen a lot. Experience can count for a lot when you are looking for a through inspection company.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
One first and foremost is ensuring the customer not only are we going to be through and detail, but we will explain our findings in a way that will help them understand what the actual issue is. We are always happy for the client to attend the inspection, but sometimes that is not possible due to location or work. We are always happy to have a phone consultation with them and go through the report page by page, and answer any and all question they may have. If they attend the inspection we are also happy to take them to the area of the issue and explain our findings as well.
