I paid for tractor work and hydro seeding half an acre. The ditch areas where not shaped and the overall lot was not properly prepped before seeding. The seed must have been old or spread too thin because less than 1/3 took. Several calls and emails later, no resolve. Do not pay until you see grass, no return phone calls, just ignored promises.

I wanted to follow up with you to let you know that because it rained almost every single week last year, the seeding likely washed away. I plan and am happy to come out and re-seed for you this March or April, when it should take. Let me know if you have any questions.

Andre and his crew were great. Andre gave excellent advice from the get go. He did everything and more that was promised. Keep within his original budget. The scope of work in my very large front yard was to re-grade the slope to improve drainage. Then lay st. Augustine sod, over all the affected areas. This was all preceded by installing a new sewer line from the front of my home to the sewer tap at the street. This activity, pretty much destroyed my lawn. Andre got it back in shape and better than before. Thanks, I am pleased with the work done by Rockinlandscape.
