I've always had a hard time professionally letting my employers know what I need to do my job well or exceed in it. I have a hard time putting into words the tools that I need and why I need them. I had a drive and a plan in my head to reach what I felt were the goals of my employers and not considering want I need to help us reach those goals. Since I've been working with Rick it has been eye opening. I've learned that when I am happy and have all the tools I need to succeed, I can reach these goals in a much more efficient way making everyone happy. He has helped me with finding new members of my team, to better ways of communicating, to raising my self confidence. He has taught me to view an obstacle as something I can work around but maybe I need to think outside of the box to get to the solution. He has been available when I need advice and providing creative outside resources that maybe helpful to me. I really feel he has brought value to my managing style, my growth professionally and to my clinic. I am excited and nervous about some big changes I have made but knowing I have someone in my corner, cheering me on really drives me to keep pushing forward.
