A tenant at one of my rental properties was complaining about her toilet having problems when the washer was running. G&H came out the next day and took a look. When they arrived, the tenant told them that she wasn’t having the problem anymore. They offered to run a camera through the pipes to make absolutely sure there were no problems. But I asked them if they would be willing to come back and do that if the problem resurfaced in the future. They agreed and I was not charged for the visit. Loved how they were so understanding and professional about the whole incident.

I’m a new homeowner who moved into an older home and what I thought could be a plumbing issue ended up being a very minor repair. They didn’t take advantage of my lack of knowledge and they helped me out for a great value. I got the reassurance that everything was fine with the shower drain for a very low cost. Needed to replace washers in bathroom sink. The cut off valves were frozen open and could not be closed. G&H responded within 5 minutes of requesting service. Even though they scheduled the service call for the next day after 3, they called the next morning and had someone here before 11am. My wife meet him and said that he was the cutest plumber she had ever met. Very professional. He explained everything that he did to her. He replaced everything in under 30 minutes. Thoroughly cleaned up and gave her their bill.
