Called with a emergency situation, and they were able to fix it. Stacy was very understanding on the phone. She was nice, and was able to send someone out in a timely manner. The crew was very knowledgeable and did not pressure us. Would highly recommend this team!

Ernest came out to unclog a drain in our home. He found it pretty quick with a camera scope, and got it opened up and draining again. He explained what caused it and how to avoid it in the future. Very professional, and the price was very affordable. Will definitely call on him again.

We called 1800 plumber out to install a water softener in our new home. Ernest came out and did a great job. He took time to explain how to take care of the unit and left the areas as clean as it was when he arrived. We'll be repeat customers for sure.

I noticed some water in the pan beneath the water heater tank. I thought I would need a new water heater. The technician arrived quickly after I called and i explained the issue to him. Rather than immediately giving me a sales pitch on a new water heater and installation, Ernest, the technician sent, performed an inspection on the tank to verify the problem. He quickly discovered the water in the pan was not coming from the tank, but from the vent above in the roof. The water was dripping down the vent and down the back of the tank into the pan. He actually got on my roof and fixed the leaky vent. He further inspected my water heater and serviced it by flushing the tank and replacing the anode. Ernest saved me from a needless and expensive replacement. I was impressed with his honesty and his going out of his way to resolve the issue. Thank you for the excellent service.

We price by the job, not by the hour, so it’s important for one of our licensed technicians to be able to assess your problem in the home before providing any type of pricing for jobs. We will not up-charge services for nights, weekends, or holidays.

Our goal is to make booking your appointment easy! Our friendly staff is ready to help you. We know your time is valuable so we want to make sure that you do not have to wait on us. So, prior to our arrival you will receive a text message from us that your 1-800-Plumber +Air professional is en route to your home. Prior to beginning any work, we will take the extra steps to protect your home. It is also important that when the work is complete, our work area is cleaner than when we found it. Our team will take great care of your home while working onsite.
