It didn't take but one time of meeting with him to see that he is knowledgeable in all forms of physical movement and is a student of the body, mind, and spirit. We knew Tommy from another gym that we used to train at. I saw on Instagram that he was training clients at a private gym close to my house. He is very knowledgeable, he is great about accommodating physical limitations as far as finding alternate exercises, does meal plans, etc.

Before I met Chris, I had tried just about everything to get what I thought was a perfect body. However, no matter how much triathlon training, crossfit, running, and watching what I ate, I couldn't figure out how to get what I wanted. I was already working very hard by preparing vegetarian food and spending lots of time doing cardio. I initially had reservations about hiring a trainer because I thought it would be too expensive. I also thought I should be smart enough to figure it out on my own. But, after 33 years, I finally decided to hire a professional. Within a month of working with Chris, I saw significant results. I was stunned. After four months, he helped me achieve the beach body that I wanted for a trip to Miami. With just one training session a week, the benefits have way exceeded the cost. After Miami, now Chris is helping me to build up my legs. I couldn't be more pleased with the results that Chris helped me achieve. I've gotten never gotten so many compliments and stares in my life. The best part is that I finally have a great physique that I can maintain. I highly recommend hiring him!!
After a long time of feeling like I would never lose weight no matter how much I worked out, then I found Paul! Like I told Paul I was trained by several trainers who didn't even get me anywhere near where Paul has in just 3 weeks! I started with Paul on December 17th and 3 weeks in I've lost more weight, training with him than I ever have training with other personal trainers. Paul is a great personal trainer because he "walks the walk" and everything just comes naturally to him. From the simple meal plans to the kick your butt workouts. He's motivating throughout your workout and will always give you instruction & correction on your technique. He will also make you think about every muscle your working. Throughout your workout he will interact with you and makes you feel completely comfortable. Paul's the type of trainer that wants to see you succeed and he loves what he does. I've never felt so motivated and inspired as I do and it's thanks to Paul!! You will see the physical changes in his clients and yourself, that's how you will know you made the right decision. I'm so happy that he is working with me and I'm so excited to see what the next month brings!!!
I am in the best shape of my life thanks to training with Dave! He is not only incredibly knowledgable as a trainer, he is patient, encouraging, and supportive. He shares advice for what I can do when we are not training to make sure I stay on track and he holds me accountable by checking in regularly. I came across Survival of the Fittest during a critical time in my life. I was in a transition period both personally and professionally and needed a fitness regime to help me tone up and reduce my stress. A friend recommended Donna Gordon, owner of Survival of the Fittest Personal Training. Coach Donna and I clicked from day one. During our 5 am sessions, she was prompt, cheerful and always motivated me to reach my goals. Coach Donna helped me recognize poor eating habits that were sabotaging my results. Overall, this was an excellent experience and Coach Donna is an awesome trainer that will get you the results if you put in the work.

I have been training with Allyson when she first became a Personal Trainer in 2015. I started at 287lbs, 42% body fat. I am now currently weighing 172lbs, right about 16% body fat and it isn't over yet! Ally has helped me through the toughest obstacles, but made me feel like I was capable of anything. We needed a flexible and creative trainer to help us work out at home after our 6 month old son went to bed. Keep in mind, we only have a couple of yoga mats, a few sets of dumbbells, and an overly friendly dog. No problem at all for Christopher- he came up with hard hour-long workouts for us to do in our living room, and made sure to walk us through exercise series we could use for workouts throughout the week. He even sent accountability texts to make sure we were doing the workouts between sessions and to check-in on how we were feeling. The workouts were hard, but also super fun- Christopher is very clearly knowledgeable about fitness and physical training, and he also has a great sense of humor. He was flexible with finding times for sessions that worked around our work and baby schedules. And he didn't mind the playful dog jumping across the room while he worked us out. Christopher is fairly new to Austin, which I consider to be a temporary advantage- I'd bet he'll have a very full clientele list in no time. Do yourself a favor and book him now while he still has availability!
I hired them to develop a routine for our girls who wanted to perform at their school's talent show. In one week, they were able to train a bunch of 7 year old girls an awesome routine. they were awesome! the girls really enjoyed the practices and the dancing.
NesselRoad2Fitness was definitely a game changer for me especially when trying to drop weight before my wedding day. I had little faith that I could drop even 20 lbs being just 6 months away from my big day. With the right direction (regarding healthy eating and cardio) and our regular weekly sessions I actually dropped 37 lbs by my final weigh in, 10 of those pounds I lost in the first month. I couldn’t believe my measurements. He keeps track of weight lost, measurements, and fat percentage on weigh in days and it really helps to put your progress in perspective. Andrew is a tough trainer but in a good way. He will help to hold you accountable but you still have to want it for yourself. With all the effort you put into your sweat sessions though, you won’t want to jeopardize your progress by eating bad. He helps you to help yourself!! Signing up for his training was one of my best decisions last year! If only I had signed up sooner!
